Cape May Mobile Estates is a land lease community. Presently the rent is $410.00 a month for single wide homes and $510.00 a month for double wide homes. The rent includes removal of trash with separation for recycling, well water, city sewer, paved streets, street lighting, snow removal and a full time manager on the premises. You will be responsible for all other utilities, lawn maintenance, and general appearance of your home. The Cape May Mobile Estates is an adult community with an age restriction of 55 years or older. We are a quiet friendly community. We allow no pets. There is on street parking for two vehicles in front of your home. The Cape May Mobile Estates is located 1 mile north of Cape May City on Route 109. We are centrally located between Cape May and the Wildwood's. We have several shopping centers in a 3 mile range from the Cape May Mobile Estates. There are many activities available to the seniors near by. We do not allow any subleasing.
